How to Return Items

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Please register your return through our online returns portal. Your Order Number and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements: 

• The item is in its original condition 
• The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. SHIP YOUR ITEMS

After registering your return through our returns portal, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using DHL Shipping. Send the package to the following address:

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

If you return part of a bundle, your bundle discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep. If your order no longer meets the original bundle requirements after the return, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
