HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Please use our support mail support@cascasoriginals.com to register your return. Your Order Number and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements: 

• The item is in its original condition 
• The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. SHIP YOUR ITEMS

After you have received our Return Form via email, please fill it out and ensure that the completed form is enclosed within the package. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using DHL Shipping. Send the package to the following address:

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
