Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal and may withdraw your contractual declaration in accordance with the following instructions.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LJH Group GbR, Obere Lagerstraße 17, 82178 Puchheim, Germany, email: support@cascasoriginals.com, telephone: to follow) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement electronically on our website [cascasoriginals.com]. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal, for example by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will make this reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use protective outer packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods you return. Your right of withdrawal and its consequences apply regardless of whether you follow this advice; it is intended only to make returns easier to process.

Cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply
The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded in the following case:
- Under section 312g(2), sentence 1, no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
In these cases, consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB also have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Bundle discounts and partial returns
If you received a bundle discount or promotional discount on an order and return only part of it, the discount granted will be recalculated based on the items you keep.
If the remaining items no longer meet the original conditions of the bundle or promotional discount, your refund may be reduced accordingly.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.
